Ltd. is a registered Company as per the Law of Nepal Government, Office located at PutliSadak, Kathmandu, Nepal, within the premises of CAS Trading House and operating its functions since year 2004 A.D. in the field of electronics and information technology & communication equipments.

The chairman of this company is Mr. Yogeshwor Lal Shrestha, also Chairman of Cas Trading House P. Ltd.

These companies including its associates has great experience & credibility in the field of electronics and information technology & communications in the kingdom of Nepal, since many years and has the reputation to be pioneer in this field.

Recently, Ohm solution is expanding its specialization areas in the field of Mobile Telephony Services. We are one of the authorized distributor-agent of Spice Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (SNPL) - brand name “Mero Mobile” - the first private owned mobile service provider in the country. Presently we are distributing SIM cards to our valued subscribers and also selling mobile handsets of different brands.

Considering the increasing expected demand for mobile telephony services, we have already opened 4 outlets in the different prime locations of the major cities of Nepal. Presently we have opened 4 outlets in Kahmandu Valley and opening 5 outlets in Pokhara, in near future.
